CMS invest heavily in a new experienced Management team, new assets and equipment

We are pleased to confirm that our business is investing heavily in a new experienced Management team along with new assets and equipment, as part of our planned expansion strategy. To offer our valued clients a better and more effective all round service.

We have appointed Jim Burford,  as our Contract Manager responsible for our Cleaning and Clearance Operations,  reporting directly into myself,  the MD.  Jim has over 15 years’ experience working with Ideal Cleaning and other large internationally recognised Cleaning companies.

We are planning that with Jim’s demonstratable successful performance over the next 12-18 months,  he will then grow into our General / Business Manager role for our ever expanding business,  again,  as part of our planned expansion.

Furthermore,  to assist Jim in his new role,  we have also appointed Leon Reid.  In a Cleaning Supervisor role supporting our Daily office and Communal Cleaning contracts, sparkle & Enviro cleaning works along with our Temporary Construction sites cleaning services.  This again, to mirror Jim and his career path with our business.  We have appointed Leon with the intent,  again based on his successful performance  over the coming 12-18 months.  Leon will then smoothy transcend into and replace Jim with his Cleaning and Clearance Manager role.  Leon has previously worked for ISS and other recognised national cleaning contractors for nearly 10 years, so we are bringing in a wealth of Cleaning Management experience,  to support our growing business and its continued investment with our company strategy.

Over the coming weeks and months,  Jim and Leon will be contacting our key and valued clients,  to schedule meetings and open up our channels of communication,  to improve our service and all the good will,  that comes with our business.
