Clearance & Cleaning Supervisor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supervisor to join our Clean and Clearance department on a full time, ongoing permanent basis. We have contracts in the Midlands area including Northamptonshire and Leicestershire where we provide cleaning and clearance services of void properties on a daily basis, seven days a week. This also includes garden waste, landscaping and/or communal spaces associated with void properties.
The ideal candidate must have at least basic knowledge in a number of areas, including Daily office cleaning, window, commercial, floor & kitchen cleaning, WC descaling and rotary floor buffing, scrubber driers, Washroom Solutions, Colour coding processes and COSHH. Must have at least 5 years cleaning or clearance experience at a supervisory level and a CSCS card as well as a clean full driving license. Enhanced DBS will be required.

Cleaning Manager
As a result of continued expansion, we have vacancy for an experienced Cleaning Manager to work across our portfolio of prestigious clients. The role is ‘hands on’ and the candidate must have ‘hands on’ and Management experience of all aspects of commercial cleaning; Daily Office Cleaning DOC’s, periodic deep cleans including windows, carpets and hard floors with scrubber drier and rotary buffer knowledge. Kitchen Deep clean & Floor sealing experience is also preferred. Knowledge of Washrooms Solutions and Consumables within the cleaning sector.
You will be field based Manager with multi- site operations so must have a current, full and clean driving licence. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to work with the latest technology and have an eye for detail. IT literate with a robust and resilient character. We only deliver the highest standards across all our services.
BICS training certification / assessor would be advantageous. Enhanced DBS will be required.
